Dave Ridnell at BrasArte – Benefit Concert

We are looking to raise 5000$ to help our wonderful friend Adalia Clay Woman! The money raised will pay the expenses to move her back to Brazil.

As you all know Adalia is a great artist and wonderful human being who goes out of her way to help others. For the past fifteen years has been a volunteer host at the music show on KPFA Radio. And for over 20 years she organized the Womyns of Color Art Show at La Pena, teached ceramics to kids at Richmond Art Center as well as the Juvenile Hall in SF and at East Oakland Youth Center for 13 years.

Come to BrasArte on July 20 from 3-7pm to be with the community and friends, enjoy live music and have a wonderful feijoada cooked by Maju Carvalho!
Come prepared because we will also have an auction with some of Adalia’s ceramic pieces.

$20 minimum donation will give you a Vegetarian or Meat Feijoada plate!
Refreshments and other food will be available for sale!
